Step into a role within our Licensing team as a Licensing Coordinator where you will play an important & influential part within the Licensing team, interacting with all other relevant functions in the Department and supporting the Merchandisers with building the Licensed product range

As Licensing Coordinator you will:

  • Develop & maintain Seasonal Range Overview with support from Print Assistant
  • Collating line lists and pricing from and with Partners for Merch, ensuring margins align with licensing contracts
  • Working with Partner & Merch to establish pricing architecture within each range and create store grading for Joules stores with Merch
  • Demonstrate thorough working knowledge of the end to end Licensing NPD process and the Joules buy process to keep issues to a minimum
  • Accountable for all licensed product to be uploaded onto PLM, supported by Licensing Admin
  • Working closely with Print/Designers to be able to identify & input names for each product, supported by Licensing Admin
  • Work closely with Merch to clear PPV report and resolve any cost price discrepancies on PLM or POs
  • Identify opportunities to increase ecomm sales by merchandising product better, working with ecomm team e.g. overriding algorithms
  • Support the Licensing Admin on the creation of the Licensing Critical Path
  • Manage international price list – requesting pricing from partners for our international ecomm channels/barcode labels

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of Assistant Buyer Level 1 required, Level 2 preferred. Licensing experience not essential
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and communication
  • Commercial acumen; be able to demonstrate a good understanding of competitor activity and environmental factors
  • Personal drive, motivation and resilience; show determination and enthusiasm
  • Problem solving; apply a logical and common-sense approach to solving problems
  • Team work; embraces working within a team and understand relationships within relevant internal departments

      Step into a role as a Temporary Sales Assistant working in our Oxford store where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

      What we are looking for:
      As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, where you will focus your energy on understanding the store targets and deliverables and creating a shopping experience that delivers to our customers’ needs and is unique to the Joules brand. You are keen to work as part of a team and you play your part in ensuring the retail operational standards both on the shop floor and back of house are maintained at all times. Whatever the task, you’re passionate about doing it better and realising your retail potential along the way.

      The contract available is a Fixed Term 12 hour contract (3 months). Candidates need to be flexible to take on extra hours if required.

      We’ve packed each of our stores with character from the outside in, by choosing the most eccentric British buildings we can find, and from the inside out by stocking them with colourful characters who share our approach to style.
