Reports to: Business Change Manager

Location: Head Office – London

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced retail operations team. A willingness to learn and being proactive is essential. The ideal candidate will be interested in developing and understanding project management roles within a retail environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Taking minutes in meetings and distributing them
Documenting process flows including “as is” and “to be” at varying levels
Updating project management software (Monday.com)
Circulating communication to key stakeholders on actions / decisions
Maintaining calendar invites
Updating documentation used in Steer meetings and circulating prior to the meeting.
Ensuring stakeholders meet agreed deadlines for updating documentation
Maintaining training materials
Support Report testing
Uses the product systems to help with query resolution.
Support Junior Business Analysts with key tasks.
